The retreat deposit is non-refundable unless the retreat is canceled by the property and another venue is not provided. The retreat deposit is used to secure the villa and tour guides.
The following is our cancellation policy:
For all retreats, if force majeure (e.g. pandemic, natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.) causes a retreat to be canceled, we will offer a rescheduled date for the retreat. In this case, we will not refund payments when it is due to causes beyond our control. If the rescheduled retreat date does not work for you, full or partial credit (not a refund) towards another retreat may be possible.
If you need to cancel, refunds are not offered unless you find a person to take your spot which is subject to Retreat Management approval or Retreat Management is able to fill the spot. Any refund allowed by Retreat Management will incur a 10% processing fee.
Sacra Blu is not responsible for any travel expenses related to attending one of our retreats.
In the event of cancellation (no matter what the reason), Sacra Blu cannot be held responsible for any expenses you may have incurred. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance in case you have to cancel for an unforeseen reason. Travel (or trip) insurance is available from several companies. We recommend that you carefully review their policies as many provide different levels of protection.
There are no refunds or discounts given for arriving late or for guests who choose not to partake in meals or events.
The minimum number of participants for this Retreat is six.
